Guarantee/Warranty on Workmanship

We guarantee our workmanship on all manufactured products, we are not responsible for track damage. If at any point you are unhappy with your product/service please bring it back along with your invoice and we will be happy to discuss with you.

Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided to any NEW product returned to us, unopened in their original packaging and within 7 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. This is not applicable to manufactuered custom projects/

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 7 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times/Pick up - Drop off

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 5 days for delivery domestically.

Collecting your vehicle is paramount, due to storage restraints and large workloads it is a requirement that you collect your car within 3days of being work completed full payment of invoice due upon collection, in somecases a deposit may have been required.

Drop off times vary, we can be reasonably flexible with vehicle drop offs. Please enquire first 022-134-9434, make sure you are booked in so we have a space available for you.
